FERTIMIX-Zn is a liquid product complexed with gluconic acid, which is able to mend the deficiencies of zinc. It can be applied both via foliar and via radicular, being rapidly absorbed by all organs of the plant. The role of zinc in the plant is essential in nucleic acid synthesis, auxins and growth hormones metabolism, promotes protein synthesis, contributes seed formation and is essential for the chlorophyll formation. FERTIMIX-Zn for its formulation is possible to apply on basic soils as well.

FERTIMIX-Zn ensures a powerful initial growth of roots, flowers and leaves, avoiding rickets and ensuring proper formation and development of the root and aerial system, mainly of the fruits.

FERTIMIX-Zn increases the tolerance of plants to environmental stressors, such as strong light intensity and drought. FERTIMIX-Zn provides the Zn that plants require to use all the light energy absorbed during the photosynthesis process. FERTIMIX-Zn guarantees continuous availability of Zn in the root zone. Zn deficiencies cause permeability of root membranes, losing sugars and amino acids. This exudation from the roots to the ground, in addition to undernourishing the plant, feeds the pathogens. For this reason, FERTIMIX-Zn allows to control the exudation of these compounds, and, consequently, the infection of roots by pathogens is drastically reduced. FERTIMIX-Zn is especially recommended in sandy soils, with low organic matter content and pH> 7.4 and demanding Zn crops (corn, sorghum, citrus fruits etc.).
